This 12-month scheme offers hands-on rotations across our key business areas, giving you real exposure, mentorship, and a path into a permanent role. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how KYC360 operates across departments, customers, and products.

Programme overview

• Salary: £30,000 
• Start & End Date: 18th September 2025 – 31st August 2026 
• Structure: 3-4-month rotations across core departments of KYC360. 
• Permanent placement: Depending on graduate performance, interests and the wider business needs, there is a strong likelihood of opportunities being available to gain a permanent role within KYC360 following the completion of the graduate scheme.
