*Bi-Annual Reporting: Reports will be implemented by KYC360 on your behalf and be scheduled to run twice a year.

**Power User: This type of user has enhanced privileges which allows them to (i) create and load user accounts (ii) assign subscription ‘seats’ to users (ii) enrol users directly onto courses/learning plans for mandatory learning, and (iv) create, run, and schedule custom reports.

***Bespoke LMS: This provides the option to host the KYC360 professional courses within a dedicated learning management system for your organisation.

****Account Manager: Dedicated contact for enquiries and quarterly business reviews.
