Job Purpose
KYC360 is on the lookout for a bright up and coming superstar to join our Customer Success team. As part of our customer facing team, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our products with our customers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of AML related technology, and a passion for helping customers maximise value from our software.
Main Responsibilities
- Advocate for and challenge customers to enable them to maximise value from our software
- Contribute to all stages of the Implementation and Support process
- Carry out well defined implementation tasks as part of a wider project team
- Take part in simple product demos and predefined workshops
- Develop knowledge of our products to be able answer support tickets
- Proactively suggest solutions to our platform and support the release cycle with smoke testing
- Support our goal of maintaining and exceeding our excellent customer feedback scores
- Collaborate with the wider KYC360 teams to further our mission
Skills and Experience
- You are a rising star with a strong desire to learn and thrive in a startup environment
- Strong customer facing skills
- Solid understanding of Onboarding and Screening concepts
- May have basic entry level industry qualification such as ICA
- Familiarity or experience with other cloud platforms is an advantage
- Ability to think laterally and think of innovate ideas to solve business problems
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks to completion
