Summary

A Board of Directors has critical responsibilities in overseeing an organisation’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Framework. These responsibilities generally align with legal, regulatory and best practice expectations, particularly in regulated industries like financial services.

In this course, the AML compliance regulatory framework is examined, the role of key stakeholders is evaluated and strategies for ensuring a strong AML governance structure are reviewed. Several real-life case studies are evaluated and lessons for the C-Suite are extracted.
