Job Purpose

We have an exciting new role available for an experienced Project Manager. The role is based in the UK, (at our Canary Wharf office).  It is a hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in the office). 

The successful candidate will manage, plan and coordinate all aspects of Customer Success projects from initiation through to delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage, plan and coordinate all aspects of Customer Success projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Manage project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, Customer requirements and goals, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
  • Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Proactively interact with dev, product, sales, Customer Success teams and other cross-functional teams to drive the success of projects.
  • Manage project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, such as deadlines, milestones, scope and quality are achieved.  
  • Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
  • Conduct project closure activities to formalise and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement. 

CS Operations

  • Identify project management process gaps or areas for improvement. Proactively recommend and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that organisation and processes are implemented and continually reviewed to accelerate time to value for KYC360 Customers while maintaining high Customer satisfaction levels. 
  • Analyse and assist with resource scheduling to maximise productivity of resources.
  • Leverage data, metrics and insights to help build and strengthen the CS function.
  • Contribute to initiatives to optimise Tools and Processes to increase efficiency across CS.
  • Contribute to operational dashboards to track and monitor key CS metrics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 5 years' experience in implementing enterprise projects in a related industry
  • Have Prince 2, Prince 2 Agile or related certification
  • Customer facing, articulate and able to listen to the customer’s needs
  • Able to work independently and understand when to escalate project issues internally 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build productive and positive relationships
  • Agile thinking and problem solving skills
